Kenzo Store Display
University of Iowa
Spring 2018
This monochromatic color scheme reflects the intense deep green used in the 2018 Kenzo World fragrance advertising campaign. Abstracting the eye shape used in the perfume bottle, these solids interlock and move through the window display with a mood ranging from bright and airy to dark and cramped.

Italian Restaurant
University of Iowa
Spring 2015
A faceted, highly structured exterior reveals a passionate scheme of red, black and white inside of this upscale Italian restaurant design. It is inspired by crashing waves on a rocky shoreline. The restaurant features two levels of dining as well as a small bar on the first floor. Modeled and rendered in 3DS Max.

Design Fair Display Booth
University of Iowa
Spring 2015
Tapered cylinders and funnels guide attendees and clients into this display booth for student products and furniture pieces. The placement of the presentation area and display cases ensures that student work and ideas will draw in the viewer to the space, while still maintaining a flow of motion through the booth. Private meeting rooms reside in the back of the booth as well as the storage area and check out counter. Modeled and rendered in 3DS Max.

Starck Chair & Studio
University of Iowa
Spring 2015

For this project I was randomly assigned to model the Louis Ghost Chair designed by Philippe Starck. The transparent, sleek design of the chair is easily incorporated into a variety of settings. I modeled and placed two Louis Ghost Chairs into a studio apartment based on the dimensions and floor plan of my living room and kitchen. I used pops of color and a mix of warm and cool materials to establish a modern style of interior design inspired by the work of Philippe Starck. Modeled and rendered in 3DS Max.

Meditation Pavilion

University of Iowa

Spring 2015

Inspired by the beautiful concrete brick structures designed by Tadao Ando, this outdoor pavilion provides a relaxing space to pass through, reflect, or escape the rain. The surrounding pond structures rise to the brim and spill over the sides, creating a waterfall encompassing most of the structure. The asymmetrical walls allow different types of interaction with the sun and with your company. Modeled and rendered in 3DS Max.
